Stephanie joined Eye Clinic London in March 2025, bringing with her three years of valuable experience at Specsavers, where she developed a strong foundation in optical care and patient interaction. Initially joining our team as a Patient Advisor and Diagnostic Technician, she quickly stood out for her enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

With a background that includes both massage therapy and hands-on experience in optics, Stephanie offers a unique blend of clinical empathy and technical know-how. She has been instrumental in improving patient pathways, supporting both patients and optometrists with diagnostic services, and consistently going above and beyond to enhance the patient experience.

Recognised for her rapid development and outstanding contribution to the clinic, Stephanie was promoted to Patient Care & Diagnostic Coordinator in September 2025. In this role, she continues to play a key part in the delivery of high-quality care and smooth diagnostic journeys for our patients.
